I had ordered some products from through your website some three weeks back. As I had recently decided to improvise with the kitchen and the living room, I was searching for some worthwhile cabinetry, which I do own I found in your site. My order was for Kitchen Cabinets and bathroom cabinets, along with some tall cabinets for the living room. Your Products were up to the mark, at least what I could see in your website. I received the order some two days back, and all the cabinets were lovely, beautifully made as promised, and the shipment was also in record time, again as promised. Still there is a slight problem, which I tried to impart to you through the phone, but could not get through. One of the pieces is faulted; I mean it is a bit damaged. I do not mean to say in the least that you shipped it that way purposely, but I think it was damaged on the way. You did say in the information, or rather store policies, that if a piece is faulted, you could reimburse it, so i wanted to bring it to your notice, and I sincerely hope that my problem will be solved quickly, as i have taken a great liking to your products, the rest of them at least, and would like to have them fitted as quickly as possible.
